So, how does this all work?

Here's a standard timeline to break it down-

 

3-10 months before trip departure:

Fill out the registration form on the trip page to express your interest.

We will contact you to discuss the trip details and ensure that your selected trip is a good match for you!

You will then be sent an invoice and a booking agreement. Once your deposit is paid and agreement is signed, your spot is reserved!

At this point, it is time to plan your flight and/or how you will get to the trip start location. We will provide all of the necessary information you'll need to book the right flight, and we'll send you some important tips for booking.

We do, however, recommend setting up Google Flights notifications ASAP to get an idea of average pricing.

Pay off the trip via our payment plan if you chose not to pay in full upfront.

1 month before trip departure:

About 1 month out from the trip, you will be sent more detailed information packet complete with a packing guide, comprehensive itinerary, and all other information you will need to have an amazing trip!

If you choose to opt into the trip group chat, this is when you'll be able to 'meet' the other travelers who will be accompanying you on this journey.

The Trip:

Depart for your trip and meet us at the airport in time for our transfer to the hotel. On our first night, we will settle in before having a Welcome Dinner with the group (food and non-alcoholic drinks at the Welcome dinner are included in the trip rate). 

Aside from planned/included tours and activities, you are free to take time to yourself or subdivide into smaller groups or pairs for any and all activities you wish.

And of course, your hosts will be there every step of the way if you'd prefer to stick together on free days!

Photos/videos will be shared via dropbox, drive, or the group chat once the trip has concluded.
